Custom Color Program
Our custom color program allows you to purchase a minimum of 1000 boxes per size in any color you like. The catch to this program is it has to be a solid 100% coverage of color – no patterns or logo’s. Also, only the boxes that you see on our website that are in PINK can be used for this program. In regards to lead time we run custom color boxes when we run our standard pink boxes and depending on where we are in the cycle for the size box you are interested in, it could be that we will run in 2 weeks or it could be 3 months away. Once we have your order and start running it, it will take about 4 weeks to get it through the manufacturing plant. So, really, it could be 6 weeks to 4 months to have your boxes ready - depending on where we are in the cycle. To place an order, we will need your PMS color # and payment for the order at least 4 weeks prior to when we plan to start the run.

Custom Logo or Pattern
There are additional costs involved with printing logo’s and patterns and the minimum quantity for these custom runs is 10,000 pieces per box. Special printing plates are needed and they can run $400- $700 depending on the size of the box, size of the plate and type of graphics. Each color requires one printing plate. Typically, if you have more than one size box in mind, you will need special printing plates for each size box. So if you are interested in 2 size boxes and your logo has 2 colors, you would need to purchase 4 printing plates. Payment for the printing plates and the order of 10,000 pieces is due at the time of order. Product is shipped upon completion. The lead time would be 6 to 10 weeks.

The associated cost for developing an item in a custom size would include the cost of the development of a cutting die running between $900 and $1,300. The minimum order requirement is for 10,000 individual cartons with payment due at the time of order. Product is shipped upon completion. The lead time would be between 6 to 10 weeks from the time a prototype sample is produced and approved and the shipment of the completed order.
